GreenGeniusLearn. Grow. Impact.You can request deletion of your Green Genius account and associated personal data.
When a deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize your account profile, login account, learning progress, enrollments, certificates where legally possible, and app usage data.
We may retain payment records, transaction references, audit logs, and security records where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes. Required retained records may be kept for up to 7 years.
Email support@greengenius.ng from the email address registered to your Green Genius account. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
You may also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire account. We will explain any data that must be retained and why.
